Huaca Pucllana
Located in Miraflores, Huaca Pucllana restaurant is located right next to the Huaca Pucllana pyramid. From my seat I felt like I could almost touch the pyramid. They didn’t have many options for vegetarians/vegans, but the manager of the restaurant was able to accommodate us, by turning some of the dishes on the menu into vegetarian/vegan dishes. The food was absolutely amazing.

La Cuadra de Salvador
There’s two locations, in Barranco and San Isidro. I went to the one in San Isidro. It’s a beautiful restaurant, gives you the feeling of being in a tropical oasis. It’s a Steakhouse so they have a variety of options for carnivores, the options for vegetarians/vegans are limited. But the couple of options I was able to eat were delicious. I went to La Cuadra De Salvador on my birthday and my waiter surprised me with a dessert. On the plate it said “Feliz Cumpleanos” which is happy birthday in Spanish. Then my waiter and a couple other waiters sang happy birthday to me in English and then in Spanish. It was super sweet and memorable.

Maido
Located in Miraflores, Maido is voted number 7 of the top 50 best restaurants in the world. They have an amazing veggie a la carte menu, with 11 courses. All 11 courses were very different and were very creative. Not only did they look good, but they tasted delicious. The food, decor, ambience and service was amazing.

Mangos Restaurante
Located in the Larcomar shopping center in Miraflores, Mangos Restaurante is on a cliff providing amazing views of the ocean. The location, ambiance, food and service was great. The location is so convenient, after dining you can go shopping, walk the malecon, go to the beach or rent a bike.

Merito
Located in Barranco, Merito is a two floor restaurant with great ambiance, decor and food. If you’re looking for a great restaurant in Barranco, I recommend this one. Merito has a couple of great options for vegetarians/vegans.

Pasteleria Italo
Located in Callao District by Callao Monumental, Pasteleria Italo is a bakery that sells a variety of cakes, pastries and ice cream. Lucuma is a fruit that is native to Peru, so when I found out they had Lucuma flavored ice cream I decided to try it. I definitely enjoyed it, it was nice to try something different.

San Antonio Pastry
Located in Miraflores, San Antonio Pastry has a variety of cakes, pastries, sandwiches, soups and drinks. I went there specifically for the Turrón de Doña Pepa cake, which is a traditional dessert in Peru. This cake was usually prepared in October for the religious festivities of Señor de los Milagros (Lord of Miracles). But now it can be enjoyed by everyone in Lima anytime of the year.
