Evening Seine River Cruise: A Magical Paris Experience

Taking a cruise on the Seine River, is a popular thing to do in Paris. There are plenty of companies that offer cruises on the Seine River. From day cruises, evening cruises, night cruises, and dinner cruises. I decided to take the evening cruise with Vedettes De Paris, and it was a very relaxing and memorable experience.

The pickup for my cruise was in the Seine River in front of the Eiffel Tower. Which in my opinion, is one of the best pickup spots. We also managed to see the Eiffel Tower’s light show at the beginning of the cruise. The light show happens every night for five minutes at the start of each hour starting from nightfall until closing.

My cruise started at 8:15 pm and was one hour long. During the cruise we took in panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower, Alexandre III Bridge, Les Invalides, Musee d’Orsay, Île de la Cité, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, Hôtel de Ville, Louvre Museum, Place de la Concorde, and Grand Palais. We started the cruise at the Eiffel Tower and ended the cruise there as well.
