Belize City is a beautiful city known for it’s weather, culture, food and beautiful beaches. There’s so many things to do in Belize City.
Fort Tourism Village
Fort Tourism Village is a cruise terminal that has restaurants, bars, tour services and gift shops. The gift shops sells a variety of things, from jewelry, artwork, bags, clothes, and more. The colorful Belize sign and the Baron Bliss Lighthouse is also about a 3 min walk away. It’s located about a 26 min drive from Belize International Airport. It’s also about a 3 min drive and 7 min walk from the San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi.



Museum of Belize
The Museum of Belize was once a prison called “Her Majesty’s Prison.” It’s now a history and art museum that features slavery in Belize, Maya treasures, Belize coins, insects, a gift shop and more.
Old Belize
If you’re looking for a fun day in the sun, Old Belize is the place to be. Old Belize is a attraction located near Belize City, where you can hangout and swim at Kukumba Beach. Kukumba Beach has lounge chairs, a 50-foot water slide, a water trampoline, and a Tarzan rope swing. You can learn about Belize on the Old Belize Train Tour, and grab something to eat at the Old Belize Food Market that has great views of the Kukumba Beach.



Take a ferry to another island in Belize
Located on Front St is the San Pedro Belize Express Watertaxi. You can book ferry rides to and from Belize City, Caye Caulker, San Pedro, and Chetumal. Belize City only goes to Caye Caulker and San Pedro. Belize to Caye Caulker is 45 minutes, and Belize City to San Pedro is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
